"Because Concierge only links you to Google Reviews at this time if you give them a 4 or 5 I feel like I have to give an honest review on here. Overall everything was fine ... Just not the best closing experience I've had. Maybe I'm comparing apples and oranges but I feel like I should share. The people were kind and communicated throughout the process through the portal. It was an easy way to keep up. I'm not particularly happy that: 1. An extra month and a half was added from the original closing date. It may not have been their fault but I expected that they would follow up to ensure an on time closing or explain the issues. We still had to extend a few extra days because of lender sides' documents or needs. 2. On the day of the seller's closing they decided to clarify the one stipulation I had. It ended up costing us about $1000 more where it could have been addressed when I explained about the documents on the phone and when I sent them electronically."
