"Had a business policy with them for a few years, never had a claim or any issues but the few times I had questions I could never get a call back. Most recently we had a business policy coming up for renewal and the particular carrier was no longer covering our business type so they were not renewing, left 3 messages and not a single call back. We did not have a bunch of time to go sourcing another agent so we thought we would just let them give us a few quotes and nothing, nada. We were ready to hand them $15k for another year of coverage and they do not have the common decency or good business sense to call people back, I could only imagine if we had a claim how responsive they would be then. This company has zero excuses for their lack of service, they were given multiple opportunities to retain my business by simply calling me back, or better yet answering the phone! Ultimately after a few hours and a few phone calls to agencies that actually want my business we were able to find better coverage for a huge savings. I do not like leaving negative reviews, especially for local businesses, but these guys simply suck."
