"The pharmacy is a train wreck. I waiting three days with constant changes in my pickup day and time… the associate who finally returned my call then had to ASK someone else why my prescription wasn’t ready. They finally told me it was not covered by insurance and proceeded to send a nice automated text afterwards that could’ve been done day before hand. I have asthma and need this medication to be able to breathe every single day. I have never once came across a CVS so down in the dumps before I walked into this one. Don’t waste your time. And don’t trust these people with providing the medication you need. Literally go anywhere else."

"Picture service is disgusting. And forget about money back once you don’t like it. I tried about month to get my money back, but still unsuccessful. Picture quality is lower than smartfon’s from 2015. Don’t waste your time and money."

"All pharmacy representive in here are busch of liers, 1. They will always say that they never got the prescriptions, (MAKE SURE YOU BRING THE PAPER PRESCRPTION TO AVOID THIS) 2. They will never give you the medicine the same day usually is 2 to 3 days (so if you dont die before go and good luck on your pick up usually 1 hour without nobody on line, 3. Im pretty sure that to be hire at this job one of the requirement is to make sure all customer gets a misarable service and never come back . Guys we are humans like you in need of medicine i really hope non of your families member get the service you guys provide remneber what you provide you will receive it back one day...."

"Not always the case as frequently the store is out of products, but my last experience was very good, & used to always be great up until the last couple yrs. I'm not sure why they keep their shelves so bare now days. If u r there when the truck comes amd is being put away, however, u will find everything u need(usually 1x per week, sometimes twice a week). They do have a super kind staff. They also have amazing holiday decorations... They've got great sales and coupons too!! ****My only real complaint is that in a town this size, we have nothin open past 10pm now. This store was 24 hrs for so many yrs.. then after covid went to midnight. Now it's 10pm-- & DOESNT EVEN OPEN TIL 8 /9 ON SUNDAYS!!! That's not cool. Ppl need a place to buy essentials at night & for evening emergencies!!! It's very disheartening. I used to shop here 3-4 times a week, now I only go in about once a mnth due to my schedule & their operational hrs. So many missed patrons for them. Clean & friendly store, nonetheless. Bathroom is also usually kept well/clean (ask for a key to use)."

"Pharmacy consistently fills prescription wrong.....that's if/when they even have it. Pharmacist changed pharmacy hours on his own (all signage shows actual hours). Shuts it down while people are waiting. And has ZERO customer service skills. Store Manager doesn't say or do anything to try to rectify the situation."
