"Man all I needed was some hair clippers but they are behind a locked case, no big deal I'll just press the pin pad button for help unlocking it... no one came. So I went to customer service to ask for help unlocking the case, the lady paged overhead for an assist to cosmetics to unlock the case, so I went back to wait... no one came. Figured I'd press the pin pad again to see if someone would come unlock this thing... no one came. Eventually I got tired of waiting and asked to borrow an employees ladder in the aisles to reach up above the case to get the clippers myself, but he was cool and said he would just reach up there and get them, so thank you to whoever that was. I really don't think the issue was the employees not wanting to help, this seems like an understaffing issue. Walmart if you're gonna be obsessed with loss prevention at least keep the store staffed enough to help the people who want to spend money there. Odd how you can pay people to stand at exits and check receipts, but can't pay anyone to man a department and help customers wanting to buy something in said department. That's kinda lame."

"After having a very long cross country drive my wife and I headed to Walmart to get things for our new place. As usual we forgot things and had to make a couple other trips to the store. We wanted to make sure that recognition went to two employees who genuinely went above and beyond to help us feel welcome to the area and gave excellent customer service during our recent interactions. Jennifer, in jewelery, who helped me with purchasing a new ring for my wife, did incredible with explaining the warranty and care services offered. And Billy in electronics, was very knowledgeable in sales that were current and helping us find the right fit without going overboard on cost!"

"If you decide to utilize the mobile pickup as a convenience to work around a busy schedule then save your time . Doesn’t matter the season or time, my past three visits have been well over 25-35min wait . They are either significantly short staffed or lacking organization to get orders out within the timeframe window scheduled through the app. They send you a notification through saying they’ll be out shortly and it takes another 15 minutes from then till someone comes . Poor service ."

"This is such an unorganized Walmart!!!! Prices are not shown. Items are all over the shelves and don't match the prices listed. As I was shopping, and believe me, I wouldn't go in there if I didn't need to, there came an announcement over the intercom. It sounded impotence, calling certain employees to an area. I hear this loud talking and you can see in the picture that a bunch of people were getting lectured about something. I'm all for doing things right, but perhaps a more private area? This store needs help!!!"
