"I'm really starting to not like all the "self check outs"!!! Seems like everyone is pushing card only (no cash). Store has great fresh veggies and fruit plus a little bit of everything"

"Prices are awesome! Everything is cheaper. Store clean. However, there is no regular checkout only self. I mean there is a regular check out but the employees were not utilizing it so you had no choice but to use the self-checkout. My first thought was you got to be kidding me. There is no room for my whole cart full of items to fit in that little cubicle area. I had stuff on the floor as I was ringing it up. There were employees sitting around and talking while I was doing work. Not getting paid for. Of course ringing up my own items. I cannot get used to the way things are now. But it is my opinion that me as a paying customer should not be doing all the work while the employees sit around. P I am not fully against self-checkout however I think there should be a choice. What about disabled people. Self checkout is also fine if you only have a few items but a whole cart full of groceries when there is not a conveyor belt to set them on and a little tiny area. This just isn't smart."

"The manager is totally lost in his job, he doesn't know how to manage the online shopping though Instacart. I had to put a customer rep from Instacart on the line, because he didn't understand about the I bought a furniture that contained 2 boxes and received 1 box. After he realized his mistake, he didn't even apologize after his rejection to give me the second box. Not even good customer service."

"I love Aldi! Their prices are reasonable, products are fresh, and you find a good selection of organic food. Recently I purchased an incredible German cake. Everyone loved it!!!"

"Great prices!!!! Very clean store, lots of variety however they need to add at least one self checkout if its only one person at the register. Other than that loved it."
