"The most horrible customer service handling experience ever. I’ve always wondered why their drive-thru line is so long and it’s because the pharmacy techs are always talking to each other or recording TikToks- yes, you read that right. On top of that, the pharmacy techs are incredibly rude and have zero manners. I usually come here to pick up my mom’s prescriptions, and every time there is an issue because of poor communication with them. I went today, waited in line for a little over half an hour, and when I finally get to the drive-thru window, the lady inside completely ignores me and continues to walk around talking to another girl who showed up laughing. I’m the one that had to talk first to be helped out, otherwise who knows how much longer I would’ve been waiting in line to be assisted. This specific CVS location is simply one of the worst ones, if not the worst."

"There's a reason this place has so many negative reviews... The customer service is HORRIBLE. I called today and spoke to 2 women, Natalie and the other is unknown but she was older with an accent. Both have zero phone etiquette and belong in the back until they can learn proper manners, rude and have no business in working with customers."
