"Regarding the pharmacy Phone not answered. Went to store prescription not filled and waited a hour finally we asked an it had been filled half and hour ago."

"Be ready to wait 30-45 mins for a prescription pick up / refill. 1 working the desk & 1 working the drive through while 4 others are too busy doing something else"

"As multiple expressed. Avoid the frustrations. They didn't fill my prescription. After 4 different conversations I was told my doctor cancelled it, then I was told it's because my Dr is located down south. Well yes, I just relocated here. They said this would be the last time they fill the medication. Even with 2 refills. I'm trying to get a local doctor. In the mean time I'm still doing tele medicine.. What if it was zocdoc? What if I'm a snowbird... Why is it their decision to cancel, not advise and then ask why my doctor isn't here in St Cloud."

"Worst Walgreens around so slow and always understaffed and or slammed busy. Another visit since first review and the line is long and staff are incompetent and slow country’s worst Walgreens gonna change to another pharmacy these folks are not good."

"**UPDATE: I still ended up switching pharmacies but the last two times I went to this one, the drive thru was about 10-15 minutes and the person I saw was friendly and helpful. Can’t say whether or not this is a trend that might continue and I’m not willing to keep going here to find out, but I thought I’d bump up the rating from 1 to 3 stars because the last two trips were at least pleasant.** I love Walgreens as a chain in general and I don’t know what the deal is at this location, but everything is SO SLOW. I have never made it through the Walgreens pharmacy line in less than 20-30 minutes EVER. I’ve been here at least 7 times now and it’s never any better. I’m thinking I’ll go out of my way to go to any other Walgreens location from now on."
