"Horrible that you can’t even let customers use the restroom. At least be honest about it. For the past four years anytime I’ve been in there. They always say the bathroom is broken or there’s a water issue. Instead of having employees lie post a sign saying no restroom for public use. Either way it’s ridiculous a paying customer doesn’t have access to the restroom."

"Got what we came for but I needed the restroom and sent my daughter for the key. She was told the restroom is not for public use. Uh ok I guess paying customers are the same as public. When checking out I told her we were in a hurry due to needing to use the restroom and they did not have one for us. She IGNORED that completely. That would have been the place to apologize.plenty of good dg we will skip this one. I believe in treat people the way you would like to be treated and when that doesn't happen I go elsewhere"
