"Staff has no clue how to process the FedEx returns. They said that "it's down" but it's been that way since Saturday. They're just not sure how to process them. FedEx get in there virtually if you have to because waiting on 3people until one of the ladies there said I'll find what is going on... The guy tells me first his password wasn't working, then called another associate over, then tells me to wait a min... 10 mins go by until another associate goes and finds him... Just to say "systems down" Def not coming back here"
