"Tried giving this store another chance after several problems last year (unmixed meds, forgotten meds said they gave me then found in their pharmacy, rude service). Today I called 3 times because the meds we needed would not be ready for a few days due to stock issue. I was hung up on twice after waiting on hold for over 10 minutes. When I finally got through and said what happened she said "ya we got busy dealing with patients so had to". Not an apology but saying yes they hung up because they're busy. We will stick with the CVS in Target on San Jose."
