"The last few times I’ve used this Target it’s been a bad experience. Tonight I picked up my order. Several things were missing. Person who brought items out to my vehicle let me know they were canceled even though it did not reflect in my order summary. Got home and one of the kitchen cleaning products had leaked in the bag and ruined several items. Tried calling the store 4 times and every time someone answered and hung up! Get it together Target Mandarin. Don’t forget we have options."
"This store is very well stocked, organized, and clean. All staff members have been extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. One clerk went out of her way to help me with my Target Circle app and get additional discounts. Always a lovely experience here."
"I went into target today, and some of the items that I had digital coupons for did not scan off correctly. I was able to get some help from the front desk, and Lyric seen where the digital coupons did not come off. She did say that for the past couple of days when the phone number is entered the digital coupons were not coming off correctly, but to scan the app in your phone when you check out instead. She took her time to explain that to me (and Lyric was able to show me how to scan it for the next time) and was able to correct the issue. Lyric was/is amazing and she has great customer service skills. She is a real people person and that is what makes Target the place to shop!! Keep hiring people like Lyric, and again.... Thank you for the great customer service!"
