"Showed up an hour after my prescription was placed and was told come back at 2:30 (2 hours from then). No big deal, went home and came back at 2:30 and was told that my prescription still wasnt ready and had to wait almost 30 more minutes to actually get my prescription medication, and even then i still had to wait at the counter for it to finish being prepared. Absolutely ridiculous and i would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone"

"If I could give negative stars I would. This is for the CVS at Normandy and Fouraker. They are the rudest set of people in the pharmacy I have ever encountered. They absolutely suck at customer service and I would love to give them a lesson myself.. They have not had my medicine ready for three days now, it's a shame because looking at all the reviews for all the cvs stores, they appear to all suck, I just feel like they must hire the bottom of the barrel at these chains. I have also written corporate for the horrific way they treat people, I truly hope they figure out a solution or look into hiring better people fit for a customer service job."

"Pharmacy man very rude. Poor customer service. I always have trouble dealing with this pharmacy and picking up prescriptions. They never have most prescriptions in stock & will have the audacity to tell you it will be in stock a week from now… like it matter when your child is sick NOW. Smh"

"Got a text that said my prescription was filled. Came 45 minutes later to be told they have absolutely nothing in any of their cvs systems and claims to not know why I was sent a message saying my prescription was ready, cause that makes perfect sense. Called my doctor and they tell me they definitely sent it and to the correct store that I was at. Come back 10 minutes later after the phone call and they all of a sudden have it but tell me it’ll be 30 minutes to fill it. This place is a joke."
