"Like a regular ole Walgreens except for their stinginess and feeling like you are in a place that is unclean, in comparison to most other Walgreens I mean. Like I needed to get $25 cash back and they only do $20 back per transaction and the girl running the register said they can only do one cashback transaction per day. It's kinda funny to me when you have a gas station like 7/11 happily willing to do as many $10 cashback transactions as you need or that they have the money to be doing for you. Don't let this review really turn you off from going their cause it's not something unique to any store or location in the area, but it's just the whole damn area just gives me bad, heavy feelings in me."

"This place is HORRIBLE the drive thru line never moves, then when you go inside they just walk right pass you as if you’re not there. I called 3 times they each told me my medication hadn’t came through from my doctor so I wait til the next day at 2 and here they are saying my prescription isn’t ready due to insurance when my insurance never changed. Then tell me it’s going to be a 45 min wait. If my pharmacy hadn’t closed down I wouldn’t even be making this review!"

"Very poor customer service! Everyone in the pharmacy needs to be replaced! New person to Jacksonville having surgery going to get prescription and the first thing they say is the prescription is fake from a well known doctor!!"

"I looked at the security guard on my way out, BIG MISTAKE. He looked blasted on meth while wearing a bullet proof vest and a gun. He started yelling at me asking what I was looking at, when I said him, he flipped out. I had to call the police to get meds from the pharmacy. Never going back to this place, until it's shut down and sold to another company."

"Normal Walgreens, but they let the trash fill the parking lot. I even saw an employee using a leaf blower to clean the front door area. Maybe they don’t want the trash to blow inside."
