"Why are there so many reviews clearly documenting how busy and slow this place always is yet they still haven’t staffed it to deal with this demand? I’ve been a few times already at different times on different days and the line is always to the back of the aisle and there is still only one person dealing with pick up customers. Even when I’m not coming to the pharmacy I’ve walked by and seen it like this. I just waited in line for over 30 mins just to be told I need to stand in yet another line because for some reason this girl can’t enter in my insurance info. I’ve always had great experiences at CVS inside target back home so I had my stuff called in here but definitely not keeping my prescriptions here."

"Nothing changed here. CVS Target in Argyle is breaking records on being the slowest Pharmacy in Jacksonville, maybe the state or even country. Yesterday I waited an hour just to get to the pickup window. Then I had to stand in line to drop off because they wouldn't the my drop off at the oickup. An hour in a half-hour. Totally unsatisfactory, I'm changing Pharmacy"

"I had a fall recently while on a trip to Florida so I could not go back as planned as I drove. I needed a particular medication since I had thyroid removed. Bottom line the pharmacist Kirk had the medication and I was ok to stay longer! Fantastic customer service!! Target store #17309 Jacksonville Florida"

"I truly love this cvs! Even when they are busy they still greet you with a smile and get you in and out. You gotta remember it’s not the staff’s fault if there is a problem with any prescriptions, they can only tell you the information that was transferred to them. So be patient and if nothing else and realize that they are providing a service that we need. Any hoots I appreciate all of you!"
