"I don’t know what it is about the Walgreens on this side of Jacksonville, but again, had the WORST customer service; even worse than my previous one located on Merrill. I had proof of purchase through my app, understood I wouldn’t get funds back but manager wouldn’t even allow store credit when I had proof of purchase! 2 stars because they’re selection of products was quite okay, but come to check out and treated the way I was after having a cart at least $200 worth of stuff/ because I had at least $80 worth of stuff to exchange the manager refused to service me (@8:02pm) because they closed at 10pm and he said he needed to get out of there on time! Unbelievable!!!!!!!!"
"I was in the Fort Caroline/University Club location earlier today, I grabbed a bag of ice from the cooler and noticed a terrible smoke/fire smell. I informed an employee who in return told me there was a fire in that cooler earlier in the day. I got home and noticed my hands smelled of fire, I had black soot on my hands and my trunk smelled like fire from the bag of ice to the point that I had to leave it open for a few minutes to air out. I had to ask my husband to bring the empty ice bag from our trash inside directly outside it smelled so strong of smoke/fire. The smoke smell was so strong. Good thing we were just using the ice to cool canned sodas and not to actually put in a drink. I am shocked that items from inside the cooler that had the fire was being sold after the fire. If my bag of ice smelled like that I can't imagine what the frozen pizza, ice cream and whatever else also in that cooler smells and will taste like. Everything in that cooler had smoke damage and should NOT be sold to the public. I can't believe it wasn't taped off."
