"pharmacy manager melody johnson is probably the rudest person I’ve met in the last few years. She’s condescending, and openly violating the ADA as well as Florida State Statues when it comes to prescription refills. When this was explained, melody stated she won’t discuss what the law states and that she doesn’t owe an explanation. A compliant was filed with Walgreens corporate and The Florida Board of Pharmacy. I hope this power hungry person gets her ability to disrupt a persons ADA rights."

"I was from out of town and was picking up a prescription for an infection before I headed back to AZ in the morning. I called and waiting 55 mins, then it rang and they disconnected the call. I drove over and the pharmacy had already closed. My Walgreens pharmacy in AZ took care of me and restored my faith in Walgreens."

"I called your store to ask if they had an item I was looking for. Instead of going to every location when I called the person 1) she had no idea what I wa talking about 2) Had to repeat myself at least 4 times due to language barrier.Finally she stated I will connect to to the person who can check. Placed me on hold. I was disconnected. I called again and the same. Finally I requested to speak to the manager. I repeated the item needed. She told me they don’t carry them I felt that she also had the same tone. I don’t believe it was the manager. Could’ve been one of her coworkers. For them to speak like that I’m disappointed. Due to the issues I’ve had I will never go to that store Even if I need to travel 10 miles away."
