"Super friendly people. Sometimes is very busy but they do what they can to keep the customers happy. Also Fantastic prices. It's my go to. This CVS is a great asset to the neighborhood."
"I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for 9 yrs and now I am doing a review to let everyone know how the customer service has dropped and how you can never speak to someone and when you finally do they won't listen. They ask for you to hold on in hopes that you hang up and call back to get another person. I have been trying to get my sons meds for an entire week and I feel like I'm dealing with the circus which is probably more professional then these guys!!!!!!pharmacist staff is rude and disgusting! People are sick and in pain and this is how they treat us. It took 4 days to get his meds! Let's not forget how I was over charged for the same medications and even for medication I never picked up!! I never gave permission to charge my card! That's stealing isn't it?"
"More than a day for a commonly prescribed medication is unacceptable. No access to talking with a person on the phone. Horrible service. It’s apparent that CVS doesn’t care about customers by their appalling level of customer service . All that’s important is corporate profit. No wonder they’ve been losing market share"
"The Spanish young lady was very rough and has poor customer service skills. They did not ask for the new insurance card and all they said was the insurance did not cover and charge us the self pay price in all the medications. It is ridiculous. The staff at the pharmacy most of them need to go to an adecuate training. They are a disgrace to that pharmacy. I have been in Cape Coral since 2005 and the treatment in the pharmacy is unacceptable. They do not explain to the patient anything about the medications the patient is picking up. The manager should take care of this unprofessional situation. I feel sorry for the Dr working there."
"Took 4 days , calling multiple times AND showing up for them to fill my prescription for my diabetic meter and test strips (I’m currently 8 months pregnant and need it asap). Showed up for them to say only 1 is ready and the other will take 20 mins. I agreed. Came back later and they said they are out of stock and will have it sometime next week. LOL. Then the associate had the audacity to huff and puff bc I was frustrated. I genuinely cannot believe how incompetent these workers are. You’re working with medicine….you would expect a little more brightness. Do NOT bother coming here unless you’re looking for a migraine"
