"I refill my scripts every 90 days. My blood pressure medication was normally no co-pay at publix, that's why I chose it. Today I go in and all the mess that I didn't pay co-pays now do. Now I understand prices have increased, however I paid $38 for one script, $7.50 for another, and $4.38 for the third. What bothers me is when I got home I looked up the $38 one on Good RX and it was $16 at walgreens and $10 at Walmart. I feel they aren't being good customer service people if they couldn't 9f said, lets see if we can get it cheaper on GoodRX. I won't use them again."
"These employees care about the customer… not what State you came from. Thank you!!!"
"Have to agree with the bad reviews for this location. Store management has no say or control in how the pharmacy is run or treats its customer. I have also had problems with Maggie King. She ordered a prescription for me for almost $80 without my approval. Normal cost is about $30. And when I tried to complain about her, the process took me to the Publix website, which has no control over her. The pharmacists and techs here are good people too, so it is unfortunate when one has a problem and has to deal with Maggie King."
"Haven't been in years very slow service"
"Worst Pharmacy in the Publix Franchise. Aweful service, aweful procedures. Store managers have no control or say of pharmacy. Have had to go up the chain of pharmacy commmand on several occasions. They are terrible. Going to my primary this week to get new prescriptions to price them out elsewhere. Have contact are pharmacy supervisor Maggie King numerous times, no improvement. After 40 years at Publix, time to move on."
