"Poor guys are over worked, probably under paid but they do a good job none the less. The pharmacists usually look exhausted, but keep up with the pace. The work space looks worn down which cant do much for morale so its time for Walgreens to pay more, get the place cleaned up and imcrease staff levels."

"Hi, my name is Hannah and I get my medication there and I have insurance and my insurance takes care of my medication so I don't need to pay and been doing this all the time and one of your pharmacist tht I talked to was rude and said tht one medication u have to pay and I was like no because I did it before and all this time is free but she hung up on me. "The pharmacy doesn't answer their phone.. If they do they keep putting you on hold until you get discouraged and hang up. They have gone way down hill. Management doesn't care."

"Went there to get my prescription that the VA sent over the phone. Apparently the V.A. couldn’t get through so they left a voicemail with the information for them to fill the prescription. Needless to say I got there and they said there was nothing from the VA. I told them that the VA left a voicemail with the information. They didn’t even check their voicemail but looked at their computer screen and said no nothing from the VA. After about an 1-1.5 hours of going back and forth with the VA and the incompetent or lazy (or both) Walgreens pharmacy staff I finally got it after suffering with pain throughout that timeframe. Checking a computer screen is NOT checking your voicemail. VA told me to have them call the VA to get it done if there was a problem. They told me they don’t call anyone. Don’t try calling their cause then your prescription won’t be filled as another person’s review stated. Then they started talking and laughing about something, don’t know what but as another reviewer stated that they talk behind a customer back. Great job (sarcasm) at treating a veteran as I can see you don’t care about veterans."
