"The service at CVS was completely unprofessional. They seemed like robots repeating the same thing and didn't want to listen or help. There was no empathy with the patient, and professionalism was nonexistent. We decided to transfer all our prescriptions to Walgreens."

"By far one of the most expensive pharmacies in Cape Coral. They charged me $1,117 dollars for my mother's medication. They told me that this price included the GoodRX discount which it didn't. They refused to accept coupons stating they already ran them. When I checked the prices at home we were overcharged by over $435.00 for my mother's medications. The pharmacy refused to make an adjustment when Good RX customer service asked them to. According to Good RX customer service they were "uncooperative." We've moved all of our prescriptions from this company. These prescriptions cost $100 at the new pharmacy as opposed to $1117.00"

"Pharmacist is helpful. Minute clinic nurse was sick and works in basically a closet so I left. An employee had covid, stayed home the 5 days then as guided by nurse at the clinic returned to work..but without a mask. They need to follow CDC guidelines! The whole store, especially the clinic needs a good deep cleaning and disinfecting."

"This is far by the WORST PHARMACY I’VE EVER WORKED WITH FOR MY MEDS. DONT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE. For starters The staff is uneducated and uninformed from everything to policy to customer service. Secondly you get accused of abusing your medication when you try and call in to check the stock. They filled my prescription for a partial because they were out of stock for the full month. Two weeks later they still didn’t have it, which was understanding because of the nationwide shortage. But when I called in on week 3 still without my meds I was told I needed to GET SOME HELP because I was “ ABUSING MY MEDICATIONS “ the women not once checked on the correct medication and then hung up on me after I asked to speak with a manager or someone else who gave two craps to actually listen instead of accusing me of being abusive with the medication I did not have because they were on back order. This place is straight up deplorable. My experiences only get worse. Save your self the stress and go somewhere else."

"Save your time don’t go to the minute clinic people that checked in after me and another lady who have appointments are getting taken save yourself the money and time don’t come here. Update was called the lady complained she wasn’t called yet the nasty practitioner then tells me to sit back down she is taking her because the other lady was suppose to take her these people are awful I cannot even believe I am still waiting to be seen but my poor 4 year old isn’t feeling well and his pediatrician isn’t open."
