"My most favorite beach. Absolutely beautiful and you can find shark teeth. The bathrooms are clean, there is a nice playground. Watching the sunrise there is always magical."

"One of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Almost untouched nature near Venice. Good for shark tooth collectors. The hinterland is well developed with paved cycle paths. Toilets and showers available. Our favorite place during a stay on the west coast of Florida."

"Beautiful beach! We went at high tide, so our hunt for the famous shark teeth was a bit harder to do. Overall gorgeous beach, waves are crazy but so calming for the soul to listen to. Had a nice experience overall at this beach, found a couple shark teeth, fossils & sea shells. HIGHLY recommend bringing a sifter or something to help make your searching easier. (We did it bare hand as it was thanksgiving and stores weren’t open to buy one)."

"One of the best spots in the area go watch the sunset - on a more secluded beach, too, if you don't mind walking a bit. This is a good place to sift for shark teeth as well! If you're lucky, you'll get to make a friend or two while you sift. We had a sheepshead (fish) and a few smaller fishy friends come hang out with us and take advantage of the sand fleas we were dropping in the shark tooth sifting process."

"I came over from Juno Beach to see what all the hoopla was about. Spent a lot of money for a 5 day stay. I actually should have and will in the future just drive over and drive back . It's pretty. Gulf water is beautiful. But it's not all that . Tiny teeth are very abundant. But really nothing impressive like we get over here on the Atlantic. Found a lot of fossils actually digging in the dirt along side a highway that was being excavated. And found more interesting stuff than the over crowded and over rated beach . It was a adventure. Nothing more . Won't be back ."
