She was on her phone at the register with laying close sign up I had to go all the way to the front of the store to pay for bird seed that I should have been able to pay for there this is every time I'm in there when she's working"

"I’m not rating the store 5 stars, I’m rating the employee “Gwen” five stars. She was folding women’s shirts in that department and I asked her for help. She actually helped me look through jeans to find my size. I have never had that kind of help in any Walmart, ever. So give Gwen a raise because she goes above and beyond her job description. And she was happy to be doing it. Thank you Gwen."
"I was at Walmart to return something around 9pm. It was not busy. No one was at the service desk. Which is understandable, they have to leave at times. You can press a button to let them know someone is waiting, which I did. Then I look and see 6 employees talking and laughing about personal things. 2 employees were working the registers and had no customers. The others were just there hanging around. They saw me and didn’t say a word. I do not understand customer service in the world anymore. If you do not have customers, there is other work you can do, including finding the person who works the service desk."
