"To say this company is unethical, unprofessional and untruthful would be an understatement. I could go on&on&ON about how bad(on every level) this company is. Just read all the bad reviews and believe them..I've had the same horrible experiences. There were times over the year& half I used them that they didn't show up for 6 weeks, extremely inconsistent! Of course they were still charging for service...which in my world is theft. Our new pool company confirmed that Economy Pools "service techs" if you can call them that, were dumping so much salt in our pool that our content was so high, our cell was almost destroyed and this is all brand new pool equipment...basically the "techs" were not doing things correctly & almost ruined our new salt pool. Of course now we have to spend hundreds getting our pool back on track. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!"

"IF ONLY I COULD, I WOULD LEAVE A -5, -10 STARs. THE SERVICE WAS NOT DONE, HORRIBLE (they say they do and have prove but when we check filter and pool after they service it is as filthy as it could be). NO COMMUNICATION, NO RESPONSIBILITY, NO KNOWLEDGE. Very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. and the pictures below we washed filter after their service. (1 pic is the one they said they cleaned, 2nd shows difference when my husband started cleaning after they left, 3 pic its cleaned by us.) wonder what proof they have of how clean it is when they say they ceaned."

"ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. DO NOT USE THIS SO- CALLED COMPANY. (If we could give MINUS 5 stars, we would but you have to give a rating to post. )They repeatedly send a tech who does NOT know basics of job, has to be asked to please even brush the pool and never does 1/10 of the tasks he is supposed to do according to their own list. Totally incompetent at testing. We know this as we double checked with our own Taylor test kit, plus test strips plus electronic water guru device. The tech lies that he has cleaned the filter when he has not. We must do it. With covid, we are home all the time and I have had to sit out on the lanai supervising this person. It is like a detention for me. Further, he complains about his job and company. Because of this incompetence, my husband and I canceled the so- called service and my husband bought the Salt Generator from the company. STILL they send a bill for service that we haven’t had for over a month AND when my husband respectfully calls to have situation addressed as they have internal communication problems there, he is threatened by the so-called account manager. My husband and I are furious at the incompetence of this outfit. We have both been in professions (education and aviation for decades) where our clients, customers, adult students cannot be treated in this manner. It is apparent that we will have to seek legal remedies to sever ties with this group of total incompetents besides taking up pool tasks ourselves that they couldn’t perform nor do the accounting for...see photo below of my husband having to clean the filter that Jason said he had just cleaned..."

"Over a year of awful service, numerous repair visits with nothing fixed, but got billed, numerous requests for a new tech, visits from managers. Pool was unfit to get in due to the quality of service received. Now you have the nerve to send me to collections for a month of worthless service. Do NOT do business with this company. No customer service whatsoever. Had to spend extra money with another pool company to reverse problems and damage caused by YOUR tech."

"Have had them for service since March 2017.... they manage to provide decent service a few weeks at a time and then slowly but surely it starts to deteriorate back to their old ways. I work from home, in the last almost 2 months, they have showed up 2 out of the last 6 weeks. When they did show up, were here for 5 minutes... no vacuuming, no brushing the tile... just dump some chlorine and run. There are a few great techs there but unfortunately unreliable schedules means I don’t get to see the same good guys - I get a new one each week when they do decide to show up. Oh, and even better - when you call in, it’s a corporate call center and they don’t care... Can’t talk to an actual tech or manager ever. Definitely find another company to work with. It’s not worth your stress. Someone else will value your time and money."
