"Today I went into this Aldi for a few snacks to head to the beach with. When I was checking out, the cashier named Janet got extremely pissed off because I didn’t get a shopping cart for my handful of things. I apologized and said that I didn’t think I needed a shopping cart, well she stomped over to the front of the store and grabbed a cart and angrily threw all of my scanned items into the cart.i was genuinely so confused at this point so I asked if she wanted me to return the cart for her or leave it there and she rudely told me to take my stuff and go. Who talks to people like that? There were other people in the store shopping with reusable bags, I wonder if everyone else received the same treatment that day. Janet needs to find a new job, she looks and acts miserable."

"I frequent this Aldi location and usually do my grocery shopping here. I got off of work late and knew I was going to arrive at the store at 7:56. I knew that it was going to be too late to do my grocery shopping but wanted to make sure Aldi would be open tomorrow on the holiday and get toilet paper which my family very much needed. As soon as I started to walk in the door, a female employee with shorter hair very rudely announced that they were closed. I asked her if they were open tomorrow, she said yes and then I asked if I could just get toilet paper as it was 7:56 and according to the listed hours, Aldi closes at 8pm. She rudely again said that they were closed. I said really, and told her that it was now 7:57. She shrugged her shoulders and said she can't control when they close. I told her that I had never seen this happen before and she gave me an ugly look and just walked away. I'm appalled at this. If you are going to close your store at 7:55, then please change the listed hours on Google and on the door. Also, if she would have been more kind with her words and tone, I wouldn't be writing this. She needs some retraining in customer service. If I talked to any of my customers the way that she did to me, I would be fired. Please do better Aldi!"

"Been long time Publix fan but times are tight now. Aldi's provides staple items at much lower prices. I calculated that even when I take advantage of the good bogos it still doesn't off set the savings of just milk, eggs, bread, butter, coffee, and meet. Over the last month by splitting my shopping I've saved just over $100. Sometimes the check out lines are long but the store is clean, the selection decent, and the staff is friendly. 5 stars for now and I'm rooting that they'll make it much longer than Lucky's did!"
