"My family went for the first time and the owner had the audacity to ask our ethnicity and even where we lived in Sarasota. This is a inadequate, small shop with hardly any items. Extremely rude disgusting staff. Don't waste your time, no fresh meat, small overpriced spice selection, I should report this business to the authorities for racism."
"This emporium of Indian, middle eastern and eastern Mediterranean food and ingredients is a must for home cooks and flavor enthusiasts. You will get a great welcome from the family at work here, lots of wonderful ingredients and - oh yes - some of the best, fresh made curry around. Go!"
"A treasure trove of spices, prepared foods, mixes - both Mediterranean and Indian. Not sure if the people who helped us today are the owners (they were so nice and knowledgable), so helpful! I cannot wait to go back to prepare myself for learning new cooking methods. Highest of recommendations!"
"The place is nice and clean. Owner Saif-ur-Rehman is polite and helpful. They have most of Indian/Pakistani spice. Also, sell halal frozen meat, cut, cleaned and frozen. If you want some fresh food cooked, they will cook it for you as well."
