"DO NOT ORDER ONLINE from THIS STORE! Save yourself the headache, and just order from Amazon! Management team is terrible at this location not only Alex! My wife and I drove 45 minutes to this store to pick up 3 items that we purchased online. We brought the three items up to the customer service desk and told them these were the items that we purchased online. They told us that “we could not take items now because there is a store pick up processing time and it could take up to two hours” The lady that told us this also said she would put our names on them and let them know we already put them at the front desk so they wouldn’t have to pick them when our items were called to be picked. So we said that’s fine and we walked around the outdoor shopping center in the area and two hours later we returned to pick up the items. Only wishing it was that easy the lady at the customer service desk that told us she would tell them that we already got the items off the shelf didn’t communicate that to the other employees so they mark the items as NOT IN STOCK. So the manager told us that since the items are marked, not in stock, we would have to wait for the money to process back in our account and we would have to purchase them again after that happens, “but he would put a 24 hour hold on the products for us to come back to the store and purchase them again! “ (thanks but no thanks mr. manager helper) In addition to now knowing their employees lie about their actual job titles. The moral of the story is obviously don’t try to pull your own products off the shelf or they will make you learn a hard lesson for it (lesson learned) but at the same time, even if the employees make a mistake on not communicating with the other employees. Let this also be a lesson learned that the “management” can not and will not be the solution to help you they will just repeat how they can’t help you."

"What’s wrong with the workers at this store? Everybody’s rude. Nobody wants to help. I was looking for gloves. They told me they simply don’t carry it without even looking. The cashier was really rude, slamming things around wouldn’t even make eye contact when I asked her a question. I spent $700 Christmas shopping. I had two carts full. I asked if somebody could help me push the other cart to my car and they told me everybody’s busy and they can’t help me. I can’t believe this is how Target treats their customers. this is my second time experiencing the same thing with their associates at this location."

"A mix of 1 and 5. One does not simply go to target to purchase items on their list. Target tells you what you need. Grab a cart at the entrance it's better to have it and not need it than it is to do the walk of shame arms piled high with items you did not know you needed but simply must have."

"This store has great potential to be a Target you drive out of your way to shop due to its variety. However, it needs to be cleaned up, this is not a store I can shop effectively. High volume stores like this need more employees. They are very stressed out and take it out on the customer at check out. Overall, I was disappointed.."
