"It was more than amazing. I came in with a choke collar that had come apart and i didn't see how to put back together. The two ladies there, both worked with me to try and get it back together. They were geniuses and figured it out. And it wasn't even a collar I had bought at that store. That's such wonderful help and of course, I found something to buy there. But, I think the lady who actually got these parts back together was Jennifer. I jokingly asked her if she was married and she said "no one could handle me". So, if you want to know who to reward, it would be both of the ladies there yesterday, 12/26/2023. I had tried for hours to get that chain back together and I was certain she would not do it since she was trying the same thing I tried. but, for her, it fell back into place. It's like a magician's trick to get those things back together. I love her!!"
"The staff is ok. The store is poorly set up. And the idea that you have to pay .10 cents for a bag is crazy, especially with the high cost of the items. The only reason I use this store is because it's convenient during my daily travels."
