"Used the prime but was not given the proper discounts. The person at the register did not know how to bring up the prime whole food code on my phone. She got another person to do it. Because I only purchased a few items I was able to calculate the proper real total. When the incorrect total rang up. I told the cashier. I was told to go to customer service. Went there and gave some more discounts but still not the proper discount. If you go there with a cart full you have no idea if your receiving the proper prime discount. Everyone was nice just not a good experience."
"Selling expired products!!! I can not believe that Whole Foods is selling products that expired almost 3 months ago. I am attaching photos of the receipt and Glutenberg Gluten Free beer to this email. You can find the purchase date (30. October 2023) and the BB of the beer (09. August 2023)."
