"I'm sorry the store is having such a hard time keeping groomers. I showed up for my 3pm appointment ( that I confirmed an hour earlier) only to find out that the groomer walked off the job. I wouldn't be so concerned if this was the first time, but it's the second time in 3 months. Wages are not keeping up with inflation."

"Such a wonderful store! Employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable! The past two years we have had difficulty finding a good groomer since our last place changed hands. Our vet highly recommended the grooming services at Pet Supplies Plus. I was beyond thrilled to find out the groomer we had been going to for years prior is now the main groomer at Pet Supplies Plus! Cara is the most patient, kindest, loving groomer and person! My shih tzu is old, grumpy, and has cancer; Cara knows how to work with difficult elderly dogs and not stress them out. You can tell she loves her job and animals, which is exactly anyone should want for their fur babies. Any and all animal care needs I highly recommend going to Pet Supplies Plus on Fruitville and Honore. Thank you Cara for being so amazing!!!"
