"At approximately 5:20pm Thursday, 9/7/2023 I was at the Brandon store on 60, entered the store and no one was in sight. I looked around for several minutes and still no one appeared. So, I opened and closed the front door several times to activate the signal/tone set off by the door. Still no one appeared, after a five minutes or so I left. I'm not impressed and I won't be back."
"Terrible customer service. Don’t answer the phone. And it’s says on Google they close at 7 but the really close at 6. Take you business else where."

"It's always a pleasant visit whenever I come down here to exchange chlorine and buy miscellaneous items. But today was excellent! Shout out to Alanna! She went above and beyond today especially with helping rolling out chlorine for me. Great customer service and always greeted here."
"I called in for chlorine exchange/pickup. I didn't feel Ginger P was very customer service friendly nor did I appreciate that you stopped accepting punch cards. Then I picked up the chlorine and Ginger P was not helpful at all when we ask about getting a pool float nor did she suggest any other products knowing we had a coupon and were only a few dollars short in being able to use it. So in general, lousy customer service. I will plan to use another location in the future."
