"This clothing store is somewhat unpleasant with the employees, not all of them. I came to shop after I left work at night. I was dressed in construction clothes. I'm Hispanic. There was one in particular. Wherever I went, he showed up and kept showing up. Looking at me like a thief, the cashier put a scented candle with a glass base along with a metal tool that I had bought in this same store, she put it in the same bag, I asked her to separate them and she told me that she would put a double bag. I won't say the magic word because it's not necessary. I hope that one day there will be equality, not in economics, but in society and empathy for each other..."

"If this is the Valrico, Florida location, I apologize for the poor review, because that store was actually relatively nice compared to the dumpster fire located in the Brandon Town Center area. I had such a long, detailed and thorough review typed out, but I am going to save everyone the time and trouble from having to read a book. Essentially, the store was a mess. I get it was the holidays and it’s a retail store, but nonetheless I felt gross from the moment I stepped inside and couldn’t wait until I was back outside. I was inside ten minutes top. So many safety violations were observed but I’m not going to inadvertently educate some wannabe criminal into how to exploit that store. Doesn’t appear that management cares, probably hasn’t for quite some time, and has NO regard for security and safety measures. I did observe a loss prevention associate performing their job duties, but it is apparent management does not listen to them. Just shop somewhere else, especially if you are claustrophobic."

"Terrible experience. This was my first time going to Ross ever. I bought a pair of socks at the Ross in Citrus Park, and they forgot to remove the security tag. It was a pair of dress socks I needed that same day for work. On the way to work after I realized, I stoppped by this Ross to remove it but they declined because I didnt have the paper receipt?? Staff was also unhelpful and carried a bad attitude even though I paid for their product. Now I'm stuck with useless dress socks, a waste of money (dress socks are not cheap), and trying to DIY remove the security tag while bringing damage to my socks. Terrible, terrible, experience."

"Shelves are full. That’s a good thing. However, there is at least a 20+ minute line waiting for you on the way out. Only 3 out of 9 registers are open. Crazy management."
