"Terrible customer service and the store is unprofessional. I tried trading in a pair of shoes that I literally wore for 15 minutes in my house for a bigger size and they refused take the shoes back because the shoes were in “poor” condition. The shoes were literally in perfect shape. Looking at the reviews I can see this is a reoccurring theme. Take your business to Foot Locker. I took my shoes there and they let me trade in my shoes with no problems. Yes, I know Champs and Foot Locker are owned by the same company but damn was there a difference in customer service. This Champs location is trash and as ghetto as can be!!"

"This Champs is disrespectful and aggressive with not dealing with returns. My child purchased too many things from the mall. Footlocker and Hollister had the best customer service and attitude unlike Champs and Zumiez both, which do not deserve any business with their attitude when it comes to returns they are rude and unwilling to communicate I will never shop at champs or Zumiez and don't reccomend it."
