"Aug 2023, they're getting better. Update April 4, 2023 to 2 stars from 1 star due to corrective action taken. Tamara, the awesome manager, cut my follow up haircut, confirmed the cut errors of her now prior employee now fired. She told me it will take about 2 more visits to correct the cut. I wish to thank Tamara for starting the corrections process, only being my stylist, being patient but mostly letting go a poor performing employee. Original feedback: Oct 2022. Disappointed. One of the worst, if not the worst cut ever. I didn't notice how bad it was, 'til I got home. Stylist inattentive of requests. Tip not deserving. Returning is a gamble not unless Tamara is available. I'm holding off on recommending this shop at this time. Previous comment was, will not recommend this shop to others."
