"Went there recently my wife and I got a couple of Beverages and some food. I was surprised at the lack of Cleanliness for a place that just opened and has plenty of staff and it was not even crowded. For the prices you pay here , you should not have to look at crumbs all over the floor You should have clean surfaces and not smudges on the donut case or the self order kiosk The floors were very dirty I guess humanity in general has become lazy but if there is a good manager , he can step up and make this place look better This is a brand new store it has potential but needs better management"

"Visited here for the first time today and loved it. Over the years the taste of their drinks have not been consistent, but it was really good here. I ordered the vanilla chai latte and it was glorious! No major wait time. I will return."

"The worst coffee shop and Dunking donuts I ever been in. Andrea ( or what ever her name was, she wasn’t important enough to remember) was completely rude. She also looked like she just crawled out of a night club. She didn’t like the fact we needed help with the kiosk. We could not locate a particular coffee on kiosk that was clearly on their menu. Went to Starbucks around corner. I’m a bigger fan of Dunkin but I will not be returning to this one until major changes are made. Luckily my wife walked back in to talk manager. Store manager was not interested but why were lucky is the district manager was there. He seemed like he knew these issues and that is why he was there. Stay Away. Our Starbucks experience was 5 star. Please see my review."

"My husband got a strawberry coolatta just now order #3291 today ( 11/4/23 at 8:56:31 AM) and it’s not even a coolatta…. He always gets a strawberry coolatta and this drink looks like it’s been sitting out for hours… very disappointing. The girl taking the order was rushing us to finish up the order when we asked for her to give us a second. New Dunkin already is like this?"
