"No one to take order for 5 minutes. Tables dirty, trays of food left on them, other tables had crumbs and garbage in them. Garbage overflowing. We ordered Big Mac combos with chocolate shakes. Fries warm, were told they would bring out shakes. We finished our dinner and I had to go get our shakes, with one having green ice cream in the bottom. No respect for customers, cleanliness, attitude, ability to perform simple duties. One worker asked if I wanted a dessert instead. Never been there before, never going again. Health department ought to check them out."

"2 separate visits 1. I went inside and purchased 3 large black coffees. 10 minutes passed before I received them. The drive-thru, on the other hand, was flowing great. I understand they're on a timer for drive-thru, but it would be nice if they could try not to forget the people at the counter. Our money is just as good as drive-thru. 2. Why don't they have a beverage dispenser in the lobby or a condiment station? They bring you your food, and then you have to go up to the counter... wait... until someone finally acknowledges your existence to just get ketchup or extra napkins. By the time you get to your food, it's cold. And forget about refilling the drink."

"Two double quarter pounders, both under cooked. The boxes are literally WET & DRIPPING with grease. Disgusting. The past few months this McDonald’s has messed up more and more of my orders."

"I have had some not so wonderful experiences here, but during the past eight months they have stepped up their game. Fresh, hot, and quick food. Order accuracy has been an issue but once again, they seem to have made adjustments and fixed it. The young men and women who work their seem like decent kids who care about putting in the hard work and understand customer service."

"I’ve been fortunate to always get good service here. I tried the Spicy McCrispy chicken sandwich for the first time and was underwhelmed. The chicken was over cooked so it was hard to bite into. I’ll stick to the evil I know- my favorite thing to get is always the Filet-O-Fish sandwich. They’re usually very consistent with it."
