"Use the drive-through, and it is usually good food and I typically get the right order. This trip I ordered a fish filet and when I opened it up there was nothing on the sandwich at all! It was very dry!!"

"If I could give -10 stars I would. I ordered by mobile pay and picked up at the counter and ate in store. After ordering, I immediately tried to walk in the restaurant, but 3-4 employees that were off the clock, walked out almost pushing me out of the way. When I got in the restaurant, here they come again just to push their way in front of me and take 5-7 minutes complaining before ordering their food. As I'm walking in I thought to myself is this the corner dive bar or Micky D's? The language was atrocious! Then the girl behind the counter ignored me for about 3-4 minutes before I actually had to kinda yell to the woman bagging food leaning on her hand doing nothing, all while her hair was dragging on the counter. I asked her to please make my iced coffee with like a half of a creamer, she agreed but yeah that was a waste of $3. When I sat down to eat... It was cold and barely distinguishable as a burger. The counter girl comes out to spot sweep and drags the dust pan on the floor the whole time! Extremely annoying! The whole time I'm here the fry timers and nugget and burger timers are going off as well as the drive thru alarm... All while the employees are standing around having a who can swear the most contest!! Annoying as all heck! Get it together people! You should be ashamed! Disgraceful! This would NEVER have been accepted when I worked at McDonald's! NEVER!! Corporate would have shut us down without hesitation!"

"Ordered online 20 minutes before close, arrived 5 minutes later. No one spoke through the drive thru and when I pulled up to the window the woman inside looked at me and would not speak to me and just continued cleaning. Having to close early for whatever reason is fine, but not communicating that to someone sitting outside who paid for an order is lame."

"This place has gotten worse. I don’t expect much from fast food places, and they can’t even reach that! I waited in line at the speaker for 3 minutes. Two cars on the other side ordered and paid as I sat there. My large fry was filled to a size medium and my medium was filled to a size small. My daughter gets more fries in her happy meals. They were cold and not cooked crispy. The manager needs to be more on top of their staff and quality check their food! Edited.. I opened up my sandwich and it is wrong! Just wasted $$ and I now have no lunch. Lesson learned"
