"Terrible service at Dollar Tree 1113 Ave and Bird Road. People there are very rude. They don't even answer to your question. The only reason I buy there is because is the closest one to my house. Please consider to trained your staff for a better customer service because customers are the one to keep you in business."

"I have had the biggest scare of my life because of an employee at this location by the name of Juan Carlos. He yelled at me simply because I knocked on the door SOFTLY to get his attention because he was on his cell phone. I tapped the door to remind him that the doors are to be opened at 8am. NO anger just a simple TAP to get his attention to open while about 7 people were waiting outside to enter the store. Once he opened the door the chaos began. He asked WHO knocked on the door and began yelling to the top of his lungs insulting and demanding that there was no need to tap on the door and continued to go on for 5-10 minutes even after patrons were in the store. As I was walking around the isle looking for items he KEPT yelling with insults while other patron were asking him to just stop. There was ABSOLUTELY NO REASON for this outburst of his. I was in fear that this kind of behavior he could of had a gun and pulled it on me or other patrons. I then went to find a supervisor and they stated they can't do anything to wait till the afternoon when the manager comes in. Needless to say I will not allow to be spoken to this way and for NO valid reason other than just tapped the door to remind the employee that at 8am the doors were to open. I'm shaking and my nerves are not well. I will get to the bottom of this because NO ONE should be fearing their life as they come into a store to make a purchase."

"I’ve been coming here for a long time and the $1 days have come to an end. First the McDonald’s dollar menu (or so I’m told) and now Dollar Tree. Hey!, it was lovely while it lasted, but in todays time, it’s expected. This was probably the one thing that shouldn’t have changed tho; I meannnn, it is called THE DOLLAR TREE. Large selection, convenient parking, and friendly staff. First time today I saw three registers open. Let’s keep this up DT! Those lines could be killer sometimes and even with three open, it was still a little rough. I’ll forever be a fan of this place and you should be too :D"
