Will greeted us and was very attentive: Julie was extremely knowledgeable about the distinctions between various New Balance shoes. She observed my gait, how my existing shoes had worn, and made recommendations accordingly. An added bonus: my wife found shoes on clearance that were much more comfortable than what she was wearing, and bought them, too!"

"The kid shoes went bad after two weeks. We gave another chance for exchange same product hoping the new pair are better after paying $40 more They rubber came off after 3 weeks. They refused to accept return accused kid to play bad. They don’t stand their product. Requested written refusal to use consumer insurance. They refused. Asked manager contact and email cashier said it is personal info they don’t give. Manage in charge cant give written rejection. Unhappy with experience. My child loves lace free option. Hope other companies use this style so I dont need new balance"

"The staff at this store is Awesome! 2 associates went out of they’re way to assist me with sizing and finding the right shoe. I was indecisive and they were patient. Everyone was knowledgeable about the different 99x series and if they didn’t have the shoe I was offered to have them ordered. I arrived right at closing and they stayed open until I got what I needed. We need more stores that have this level of customer support. Polo in the same plaza doesn’t even offer the level of customer support this New Balance does."
