"Awesome and empty on New Year’s Day !"

"These people are the worst. My son purchased back to school clothes from Nautica but they hired a third rate courier service that failed to deliver the items. It has been close to a month and they still keep telling us that day are trying to wait for the career system to deliver or find out what happened. Meanwhile my son has to go back to school with no clothing. They refuse to refund us or replace the items that will never delivered in the first place. They didn't go with UPS, USPS or FedEx. They went with no name. Bottom of the barrel cheap couriers and they literally had the nerve to tell my son to file a lawsuit against the courier service because they are not responsible. Although we never did business with the courier service we gave our money to Nautica"

"The store was a little crazy, but we did visit during the after Christmas shopping surge so that's on us. Staff were very helpful and kind and for how busy they were, we were in and out fairly quickly. Which is exactly what my SO prefers. We got really good deals and overall would definitely visit again."

"The store was so organized and the sales associates were also on the floor straightening up as customers left the areas they were browsing. The sales were phenomenal, I was able to buy multiple items for 3 people for under $200 I will be going back soon!"
