"I've been to quite a few J-Crew Factory Stores and I can honestly say I was disappointed with this experience. While the store looked beautiful and I'm very happy with the items I purchased, I did have some issues. Firstly none of the clothing was properly ordered by side, it was all throw together and mixed. This made finding my size in an item more difficult than it needed to be. I also took issue with the staff, no one said hello when I walked in or really offered to help me. There were about 5 employees there and they where all congregated, talking to each other and none of the customers in the store. I was prepared to spend a good amount of money updating my work wardrobe but because I did not feel welcome and the difficulty finding my size, I only left with a few items. I will probably continue shopping online and not in this store."

"The gals there helped me find the suit I came in looking for. It's quite a drive to go down there for me, but it's always worth it. I needed a new suit for my anniversary dinner with my wife, I went knowing what I wanted and they initially said they were out of stock on the pants. She went to the back about 4 times for me and ended up finding one last pair in the back and my night was made. I will always be a return customer!"
