Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store 2700 Florida 16, St. Augustine, FL 32092

"My husband and I both shop this brand all over the world. This location is a 40 min drive for us. As of today we will no long shop here. My husband was followed around the entire store. I was in the dressing room for not even 5 minutes and a lady was banging on the door. I then asked what is going on and why are we being followed? She then said that they’ve had three shoplifters in the last month. I said lady my husband and I come here on the regular and spends at least $700 to $900 each. Not to mention online and other locations. She said she’s just trying to help. Help me when I need it. Don’t watch me or walk behind me as I’m trying to shop. They are also putting alarm tags on $110 polo shirts and Based on my experience... Every time you wash the shirts the holes get bigger and bigger over time. This was the worst and most uncomfortable shopping experience in my life. The help did not feel genuine like it has in the past. Also, this location doesn’t get the latest styles because it’s not as popular as bigger cities. Keep your money and wait until you go to a bigger city to shop. Trust me you will see the difference. Respectfully, You Lost A Loyal Customer"

"Polo Ralph Lauren, come on its an outlet store. No clothing sales just on blankets and coffee mugs. Really such a disappointment but I will say I was greated when I entered and thanked when I left, (empty handed) Displayed well, clean, well staffed but on a Saturday 2 weeks before Christmas and it was Crickets inside!"

"The store associates clearly do not care for African American customers. There were 6 Caucasian employees working the floor and all of them looked us dead in the face and didn’t speak. We were in the store for 15 minutes watching them have conversations about Halloween costumes and changing displays without acknowledging us. It was clearly the color of our skin because soon as an Asian man walked in they spoke to him. I have been in many Ralph Lauren stores and have never received this kind of service. I really hate my son found items he liked because I would not have made a purchase and given them sales revenue at this store. They all need to be fired for discrimination. It makes the brand look disgusting. You’re better off driving to orlando before supporting this location."

"My family visited this store today 9/30/2023 and the service was horrible. We walked in and 2 employees were engaged in a conversation at the front door and did not speak. No one asked if we needed help. However, we were followed around. If my son didn't find what he wanted I would not have purchased anything. This is the only reason why I gave 2 stars. I despise spending my hard earned money at places with terrible service. Just because I don't look like what you're "used" too doesn't mean you can treat me like a nobody!!!!"
