"I truly enjoyed shopping at this retailer until this evening. I went in and did quite a bit of shopping and decided to apply for the stores credit card after being offered an additional 40% off my purchase. First I was told I was denied and I knew that was incorrect & the lady then said “oh wait you’re approved” clearly she wasn’t very knowledgeable of the stores system… Next there was a Caucasian man who checked out ahead of me and was approved for his credit card & given a temporary credit card. When it was my turn in line the Caucasian employee told me “well you don’t get one” which I knew wasn’t true because I was approved just like the man ahead of me. After confronting her about denying me my temporary credit card and what I had just witnessed she immediately provided me with one with NO hesitation. It saddens me that this is how this place treats African American Veterans & educators !!! I will be canceling my credit card and taking my business elsewhere."

"Never has much in stock - not good, not bad... just not much there. What is there is very poor quality. I haven't made a purchase at Banana outlet in over a year because of the quality shift. Probably won't be back with so many other options at this price point."

"Beautiful store, awesome friendly and helpful service, neat, clean organized store, layout is easy to shop. I witnessed the cashier being super patient to an elderly customer and helping her search through her phone for a coupon, although I was waiting in line to check out, I appreciated her kindness, it’s how I’d want someone to treat my mother. The managers Nicole and Gloria greeted all customers and were extremely warm and welcoming. It was a pleasant shopping experience. I haven’t been here in years, but I will now take the drive to St Augustine more often because my experience at Banana was exceptional. Bravo to the leadership team."

"Selection of sizes was incredibly limited. Deals and savings are great, and still worth the visit. Store was very neat and straightened. Seemed to have adequate staff to ensure someone was always nearby to help and checkout lines were very quick as well."
