"I don’t think employees at this store care to sell shoes. They’re there to fill a position and just don’t care to help customers. I walked out and bought 4 pairs of Nikes at Finish Line. Customer service there was on point. Champs back in Hawaii had great customer service, but the one in Cordova Mall has no sense of customer service. No wonder it was so dead in the store. If I could give zero stars I would."
