"Jon is great! I have a very nervous, reactive dog that is afraid of strangers, especially men, due to a traumatic past. Jon was very sympathetic to my dog and was not at all judgmental about his behavior. We went on a walk around the neighborhood and got hit with it all - strangers, barking dogs, and even the mailman. Jon gave me pointers on how to act and calm my dog and it worked! It's still going to be a long journey with my dog but Jon gave us the tools I need to finally get a confident, calm dog after 5 years of trial-and-error. I highly recommend Jon for dogs with reactivity issues!"

"John W. is outstanding in his speciality. True to his words, he has a non-punitive approach which worked very well with our dog--which we adopted 8 months ago at seven years old. She took to John immediately and John noted several things about her from the get-go which helped us to understand her much better. John is not a clock watcher either as he gave us more than the hour we reserved. He left us with easy to do training methods to alter our dog's behavior so that her life is happier and less stressed. If needed we'll have John come around again though it appears he was thorough in his work with us and that might not be needed :)"
