"I just got done waiting on the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Only one customer was served. Eventually I had to leave because I had an appointment to get to. Silly me, only budgeting 30 extra minutes to pick up my prescriptions."
"I have an extremely painful and uncomfortable infection and when I went to pick up the medicine my PCP ordered, there was only 2 ready. When I called, I was put on hold twice and ended up DRIVING there only to be treated horribly by not only the check out gurl but the pharmacist. I was in SEVERE pain standing there waiting as the girl asked me what medications was I picking up. I didn't know the names and the one I needed the MOST, the pharmacist tried selling an OTC brand because they didn't have the prescription? I was in severe PAIN. I was NOT picking up pain medicine so, I don't understand why they were having such a difficult time getting my things together. I will drive across town before coming to this particular CVS. Customer service does NOT exist here!!!"
"The reason that this review isn’t better is because their prices are horrible for what you really get. The selection leaves much to be desired. Also, their pharmacy staff is horrible; Walgreens has the only pharmacy staff that is even more rude than CVS, but other than that. Get your Rx’s from Publix or Wises...and everything else from Amazon. You will thank me later."
"Generally a pretty uncluttered and well stocked CVS. Stopped in the other day for a specific product that was not on the shelves, and asked a lady about when it might be back in stock. She actually remembered a box in the back that might be it and offered to look. Well it was exactly what I needed, and this employee, whose name was Shelly, went above and beyond for me. I really appreciated her excellent and quick customer service!"
