"We had to bring in our 9 week old pup when our cat scratched him on the eye. It was already late at night but they saw us as soon as we got in! Staff was really nice and friendly, despite the late hour. They were able to get him checked out and prescribe us medications for him within an hour. I'm so thankful that they are a 24 hour vet so he didn't have to wait until the next morning to get looked at!"

"Absolutely unprofessional And unacceptable. I went in Tuesday morning for an emergency for my dog at 7 am 6/2/24 and found there to be absolutely nobody at the hospital. There was a sign on the door that stated “ sorry we’re not taking emergencies”. I thought this business was a 24 hour EMERGENCY vet hospital. I will never even try to go back and don’t even think if you have an emergency they will help because chances are no one will be there. Will not recommend to a soul and I’d hope you don’t go either. Take your animal to university Florida emergency room. They had 3 people in there when I want."

"We recently moved to the area and despite our best vet preparations before the move ended up needing an emergency surgery for an injury, after hours on a holiday no less. The staff was WONDERFUL!! The facility was CLEAN!! Our girl was successfully sewed up and back with us within 2.5 hours after tearing her underside open on some branches. The stitches and incisions look good despite the messy tear! Very skilled! They allowed her sister to be in the exam room too. They sent us home with the medications and instructions for her care. A little on the spendy side but completely worth it! You get what you pay for."

"I gave it four stars because it was open on Christmas Eve. I would have given it two stars for the cost of the medication's. It is greatly inflated. Clavamox was over $300 for 14 days of medicine. The veterinarian was very nice and the staff was very nice. I would've paid any price to have my dog looked at on Christmas Eve. She has a urinary track infection and was in distress. Everyone was pleasant and attentive. You pay for the luxury of being able to go to a doctor on Christmas Eve. I thank them for that. That said I'm going to take her to her regular doctor as soon as I can get in. I want to see if there is another medication with fewer side effects and reduced period of time. This one is very gut unfriendly and she has gut issues But bottom line it gave her comfort and relief during this holiday. Which would've been impossible to get anywhere else. BTW I've been to U of F Emergency clinic in Ocala With a cat I owned and with this dog. That was three or four years ago but totally unacceptable."
