"Them being always closed and never open show me even more that veterans like my father's sacrifice means NOTHING to POLICY . I'm still waiting for someone to prove me wrong . It's been days that the service connection application still has me locked out . It happens when I was submitting the EVIDENCE . How odd right?"

"Today I spoke with Janice and she was so incredibly kind. She went above & beyond to ensure that not only did I have all the resources I needed, but she reached out personally to the person who handles these matters. That gesture meant so much to me — you can genuinely tell Janice is here for veterans. Thank you so much for your help!"

"A woman named Heidi, who stated that she was the director of this facility, said that if I perceived her tone or candor abrupt in any manner, then yes, suicide is always an option. Any questions... I have the phone call recorded, and I did let her and Andrew (the person who answered the call) know I was recording the call when they answered, as is required by Florida law. These are the men and women we expect to preserve our lives as well as #savethe22."
