"Everyone that I spoke with was very pleasant, however BE AWARE that they charge a $15 shipping fee and will never inform you of this. I found out when I received the medication. I do not live in Gainesville, I asked 3 different people if they could mail the medication to me. They said they could do that, but never once mentioned a fee. I could have driven to Gainesville and back again for less. My bad, I just assumed it would be mailed via USPS and assumed that someone would have mentioned a charge to do so."

"Something wrong with the people who gave them 5 stars. I want to support local businesses, but again, this one should not be supported. They don't even ask if there is any question or explain about the medication. They don't look you in the eyes. Strange people working there. So, when I was about to take the medication, the instruction was not clear nor straight forward. I wish they were more competent and friendlier, so that I could use local pharmacies instead of CVS or Walgreen; so that I can keep the business within the local economy."

"I had to get a mixed compound medicine for my dog. You and your staff were great , explaining how to use the medicine. I had to take rocky to the vet this morning and the vet wanted to change the compounds. The vet ask me to call you guys to find out if I could bring it back and have a new medicine compound mixed. I knew I couldn't bring it back. I just wanted to say thank you for letting me ask the questions and letting me know the information about not being able to return it. Again, thank you for letting me ask those questions."
