"This Hotel is a scamm !! Don’t book any rooms !! I went in person there and the doors are closed. No activity ! Everything is shady !! Stay away !!!"
"Stayed prior to cruise. An absolutely beautiful place to stay. We will be back! Don’t get discouraged by the outside. It is a renovated historic area. Hit the buzzer and get treated to a gorgeous lobby and the hotel staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We walked to the river front for loads of restaurants and a small park area in one direction and to Publix just a few of blocks away in the other. Very clean and well appointed amenities in your room. Continental breakfast provided. Quick note, no elevator but only two levels."
"Warning!!! Do not book this hotel! This hotel is a scam. They will cancel it after you booking and do not refund you. They send you a payment link when you booking, and they hod your credit card information to charge you again and again!!!"
"SCAM!!! I made a booking at this hotel and it got cancelled with the reason that the hotel does not exist anymore. I have not received a refund for months now!! UPDATE: The hotel charged the room AGAIN to my credit card. They dont answer phones or emails. Total scam"
