"The property is in a convenient location, the beds was comfy, and staff friendly. Only negatives: the elevators and doors are a little shop-worn, they go overboard with room fragrance in the common areas, so much so that I did not want to eat in the lobby area restaurant."

"I was very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. For one, our room for one night was $379 and there wasn't even a complimentary breakfast. The beds are like sleeping on a rock, pillows awful, and our shower was dirty. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee. The best thing I can say about this hotel was the night receptionist Thom was amazing and very nice to us. Boo on you Hilton"

"My family and I stayed at this hotel during our trip to Ft. Lauderdale and the staff was phenomenal. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping team delivered exceptional customer service and they made our stay very inviting. The hotel's management team is clearly dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction. We will definitely be returning!"

"Had used this 5x for stay and cruise since 2021.Previously they provided free parking. Now since their renovations they say they do not have long term parking. You must use Tropical parking reservations. We could have paid less than half for the room under aarp or gov. We bought the cruise package for almost $300 and then we're charged daily parking rates of another $120 on top. The renovations are sad. New showers are uncalled. Water was going around the cracks where the shower wall meets the pan. The pillows didn't get replaced just the mattress. Some sockets dead. Will not stay here again. We get free parking at Port for disabled Vet. It used to be convenient and NOW NOT. Stay elsewhere. It's old, pool stained, poor breakfast quality. Room we stayed in was over the laundry where you can hear there big machines running."
